STUDIO RULES & COURTESIES

These regulations are subject to periodic updates, and members are expected to comply with any such revisions for the duration of their membership.

MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES

  • All memberships are issued on an individual basis.

  • Payment in full is required at the time of registration and is non-refundable.

  • Memberships will automatically renew, but you can cancel your membership at any time.  If you cancel with time left in your billing period, you can use studio until the end of the billing period.

  • Sharing login credentials or mobile access with any other individual is strictly prohibited.

  • In the event of repeated violations of studio rules by a member, the ownership reserves the right to terminate the membership without issuing a refund.

  • Members are responsible for any damage to the studio, and the associated repair costs will be charged to the member's on-file payment method.

STUDIO USE GUIDELINES

  • Only one individual is allowed on the hitting platform at any given time.

  • All swings must be confined to the designated hitting area.

  • Ensure that all swings are directed toward the screen.

  • Members are responsible for supplying their own golf clubs.

  • Exclusively utilize golf balls provided by DR. GOLF STUDIO; other types are not permitted.

  • Footwear worn on the playing surface is strictly forbidden. We strongly recommend the use of indoor golf shoes or athletic sneakers whenever possible.

  • All youth under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).

  • No smoking of any kind is allowed.

  • Players and guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by failure to follow the directions of the Rules and Courtesies.

  • Customers acknowledge that DR. GOLF STUDIO is under video surveillance.  Tampering with a camera system or damaging equipment by not following procedures in the guidelines will result in financial compensation being paid to DR. GOLF STUDIO.

  • Customers acknowledge that photography and/or video may be recorded and used for promotional purposes without compensation.

SIMULATOR RESERVATIONS/TEE TIMES

  • All reservations must be made exclusively through the member portal and/or the app.

  • As a gesture of consideration towards fellow members, please adhere to scheduled arrival and departure times punctually.

  • Each member is entitled to reserve a maximum of one hour of bay time per day.

  • At no time shall a member have more than 2 reserved timeslots at one time.

FOOD AND DRINKS

  • The consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited within the premises of DR. GOLF STUDIO at all times.

  • While members are permitted to bring external items, please note that food and beverages must remain within the designated seating area outside of the simulator platform.

  • Prior to leaving, kindly ensure the cleanup and proper disposal of any refuse.
