Lesson Cancellation policy
We understand unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hours notice
24-hour advance notice is required when canceling a lesson, as our Teaching Professionals are typically booked 1-2 weeks in advance. Giving 24 hours' notice provides the opportunity for someone else to schedule a lesson in your reserved time. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount for your lesson. Lessons canceled outside of 24 hours will be eligible for rescheduling. Additionally, a cacellation fee of $10 will be charged by the studio.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their lesson for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. You will be also charged the full amount for your lesson as your lesson will be considered used. The cacellation fee of $10 will be also charged by the studio.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your lesson will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose lessons follow yours. Regardless of the length of the lesson actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” lesson. Out of respect and consideration to your instructor and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time. If you have time, plan to come early and hit some range balls to warm up.
